In charge of the production during the growth of The Spa Studios from a small design boutique to an animation studio with the capacity to deliver a high-end feature film for Netflix within 24 months. Responsible for the design and definition of the production reports, implementation of Shotgun and Production Software, and working alongside the Executive Producer during the bidding process.
